TICKETS

Selling or purchasing Free Your Mind tickets through secondary platforms, including but not limited to Ticketswap, Viagogo, Marktplaats, etc., is strictly prohibited. The festival organizers do not guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets obtained from these platforms. Any tickets bought or sold through such platforms may result in denial of entry to the festival. We strongly advise all attendees to acquire tickets exclusively through our official website or authorized ticketing partners. The festival organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone with tickets obtained through unauthorized channels. By purchasing tickets, attendees acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Onderstaande huisregels gelden binnen het evenemententerrein:

• de minimumleeftijd is 18 jaar. ID is verplicht, er worden geen
uitzonderingen gemaakt.

• er zal tijdens onze evenementen gebruik gemaakt worden van cameratoezicht. Deze beelden zullen bij incidenten door de organisatie overgedragen worden aan de politie (hulpofficier van justitie).

• het is niet toegestaan om tijdens het evenement in en uit te lopen. als dit gebeurt dient er
opnieuw een kaartje gekocht te worden.

• we accepteren alleen geldige tickets.

• het is verplicht om mee te werken aan de veiligheidsfouillering en visitering van het festival (pov).

• het bezit en het dragen van wapens of voorwerpen die gevaar kunnen opleveren zijn
verboden.

• roken is alleen toegestaan in de openlucht of in de daarvoor toegewezen ruimtes.

• het bezit van, handelen in of het gebruiken van drugs is verboden.

• fysiek of verbaal geweld tegen andere bezoekers en het personeel wordt niet getolereerd.

• beledigende, provocerende en/of aanstootgevende kleding is niet toegestaan.

• drankmisbruik en/ of dronkenschap wordt niet getolereerd.

• het meebrengen van eigen drank en/of etenswaren is verboden

• aangebroken verpakkingen zoals deodorant, zonnebrand, parfumflesjes etc. en spuitbussen onder druk is verboden.

• het verkopen van diensten of producten, flyering en andere promotie op of rondom het
terrein is zonder schriftelijke toestemming van de organisatie niet toegestaan. bij illegale
promotie worden alle opgelegde sancties en/of schoonmaakkosten neergelegd bij de
desbetreffende organisatie/persoon.

• de organisatie krijgt automatisch het recht op alle beeld- en geluidsopnamen die gemaakt zijn tijdens het evenement. Deze opnamen kunnen zonder (voor)aankondiging en zonder
tegenprestatie openbaar worden gemaakt.

• het is verboden om zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van de organisatie
professionele audio- en video opnamen te maken voor commerciële doeleinden.

• de organisatie is gerechtigd om bezoekers die zich tegen het bezoekersreglement verzetten of zich er niet aan houden te verwijderen.

• bij vechtpartijen volgt uitzetting van alle betrokken partijen.

• aanwijzingen van het personeel en de beveiliginsgmedewerkers dienen te allen tijde worden opgevolgd.

• gelieve bij ongeregeldheden of calamiteiten onmiddellijk beveiliging of personeel
waarschuwen.

• bij andere gevallen die hier niet expliciet gemeld zijn beslist de organisatie.

• bij het betreden van het evenement ga je akkoord met dit reglement.

• dit bezoeker reglement kan te allen tijde worden opgevraagd en worden geraadpleegd bij
de organisatie.

• bezoekers van dit evenement dienen er verzorgd uit te zien. het dragen van een voetbalshirt en/of discriminerende en/of anderszins aanstootgevende kleding is niet toegestaan. Ook het dragen van full colours kleding van motorgroepen is niet toegestaan.

• op straffe van verwijdering van het festival is het verboden om tijdens het festival te gaan
zwemmen en/of het water te betreden.

• bezoekers kunnen zonder redenen door de security en organisatie geweigerd worden.
